Basic Portaiture Workshop
Posted in Knowledge, My Interest, My Life, My Work, one light photography on 13/02/2010 by bob @razalihassan
Hello All,
I’d like to announce that I’ll be hosting my 1st Basic Portaiture Workshop. There are two(2) workshop dates for you to choose from, which is on the 20th Febuary or 20th March 2010. Please email me at my FOTOMOMO email at: bob@fotomomo.com to register or for any inquiries.
This workshop is open to all photographers from all levels. I’ll introduce you to the simplest form of portaiture photography, which something attainable for everyone. You’ll learn how to light your subject, compose, crop, edit, prepare a portfolio and well prepared with your next clients.
I only take five(5) persons max. per session to give each participant ample time to shoot their Potraiture. I’ve been asked several times from my email whether I can slip in another one or two participants on top of the five persons. The answer is no, I’m sorry I can’t, because that will be unfair to the other five participants. The duration of the workshop is just nice for five people to take turns to shoot and ask questions regarding potraiture photography.
Since Febuary is fully booked, watch out for March’s workshop soon.
What to bring?
1. DSLR
2. 50mm f1.8 (if possible, otherwise, a kit lens will do)

The step. Important:
Once you’ve made the RM100 initial payment, please email to bob@fotomomo.com with either these topics/email title:

Posted in My Interest, My Life, My Work, Weddings, one light photography on 07/02/2010 by bob @razalihassanSalam to all,.all i can say in this entry is Gadis&Fadzli is really indeed a happy couple,.i `d really enjoy the outdoor session that evening,.the couple is quite freindly n kewl, this also has a great impact to the photo`s,..although we`re a bit late arriving at the location,.i scout around for 5 minutes,to find the most suitable spot,. my plan was, i need some natural light for the background,.but it was nearly 6pm,.none is left from a sunny day,.its not a disappointment, never the less i`ll try my best to keep a low key in between,.and my light gear pointed at them,.of course i`ll go for the siku step ( elbow stand ) acting as a tripod though i didnt bring one hehehe,..
For fellow photographer`s :p don`t ask a lot of Q&A on how u do it bob?,so i as might as well share it here,..So the setup is telephoto focal lenght at 95mm to 105mm 50sec / f4 / iso 200 / wb daylight and my light gear is set to 8th power / iso 200 / 25 feet,Caution!! Do take care of your valueable equipment coz i nearly slip,..if u r happy so am i Enjoy………!!
